Return and Replacement Policy

This Return and Replacement Policy governs requests for replacement or return of any product delivered to the user following a purchase order placed on the Homly website. The user acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Return and Replacement Policy when purchasing products from the Homely platform.

Cancellation and Modification:
Homely guarantees you the right to correct, modify or cancel your purchase order placed on our website within seven days of registration, provided that you have not already received the product.

Return and Replacement:
Homely guarantees you the right to return or replace the product you have purchased with a full refund without providing reasons, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The request for replacement or return must be made within fourteen days of the date of receipt.

  2. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received, and must not have been opened, operated or used in any way.

  3. The product must be in its original packaging.

  4. The original tax invoice must be attached.

  5. The serial number must be clear and legible, and must not have been tampered with, attempted to be changed, hidden or removed in any way.

  6. The product must include all its accessories, including but not limited to spare parts, accessories, user manual, and free gifts (if any).

  7. The product must not be part of a discount sale or explicitly stated as nonreturnable.

  8. The product must not be on the list of nonreturnable products.

Defective Products:

Homely guarantees you the right to return or replace the product you have purchased with a full refund, in addition to the shipping costs, in the event that you receive a defective product, an operational error, or a product that is unfit for the purpose for which it was intended, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The request for replacement or return must be made within thirty days of the date of receipt.

  2. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received, and the serial number must be clear and legible.

  3. There must be no shortage in any of the products contents, including but not limited to spare parts, user manual, and free gifts (if any).

  4. The original tax invoice must be attached.

  5. The damage or defect must not have arisen due to an error in installation, operation, or improper handling of the product by the user.

  6. The product must not be part of a discount sale or nonreturnable.

  7. The product must not be on the list of nonreturnable products.

Procedure for Defective Products:

If you receive a defective or malfunctioning product, please immediately contact the authorized service centers or the technical agent of the product manufacturer to obtain a technical report confirming the defect in the product. In this case, you will have the right to exchange or refund the price of the product, in addition to all shipping costs, within seven working days of notifying Homely .

Important Notes:

  • Homely reserves the right to reject a request for replacement or return if it does not meet the above conditions (according to its discretion), and will not be held responsible for any such rejection.

  • The price of the product you wish to return will be refunded using the same payment method as recorded in the invoice, or by depositing a balance in your account on our website or on your Homely ewallet, or by means of purchase vouchers, bank transfer, or any other method deemed appropriate by Homely .

  • You will have the right to replace the product with another of equal or higher value.

  • Please note that you must inspect and examine the product before receiving it. Once you inspect and review the product with the delivery representative at the place of delivery, you will be solely responsible for any scratches, dents, shortages or color differences in the product. You will not have the right to return to the company and request replacement or return.

  • You acknowledge and agree that if there is a defect or damage in the product, the product manufacturer is responsible for any defect, damage, malfunction, or operational error in the product.

Product Specifications:

Regarding noncompliance of the product with the technical specifications announced on the online platform, you acknowledge and agree that, except in the case where Homly is the technical agent of the product within the Arab Republic of Egypt, the reference for the product specifications and capabilities is the sole responsibility of the product manufacturer, and Homly does not provide any guarantees regarding the accuracy, correctness, uptodateness, or compliance of the announced specifications and capabilities, and Homely is not responsible for the noncompliance of the product you have received with the specifications and capabilities listed on the website.

You also acknowledge that Homely does not provide any express or implied warranties that the products displayed on the online platform will be free from defects or fit for use for a certain period of time from the date of operation.

Loss of Right to Return:

You should be aware that you will lose your right to request replacement or return of a defective or malfunctioning product in the following cases:

  1. If the defect or operational error is caused by improper installation, use, operation, or violation of the user manual instructions.

  2. If the defect or operational error arises from any accidents or circumstances that occurred after the date of use.

  3. There is a shortage in any of the products contents, including but not limited to spare parts, user manual, and free gifts (if any).

Homely reserves the right to reject any request for replacement or return with a refund, according to its discretion, in the event that the request for replacement or return does not meet the above conditions.
